In addition to the four Amazon books we’ve already listed, namely, Kindle eBooks Edition 1 and 2 of the REAL BIBLE guide, and their accompanying paperback book versions, we are imminently ready to release 3 additional works, which is really releasing 6 additional books since each work has a Kindle eBook and an accompanying paperback component, meaning our total Amazon book inventory is about to zoom from 4 to 10 over the next several days!

I googled “what’s 70 tons like” to get my brain wrapped around the 138,160 lbs I leg pressed last night. The Space Shuttle, I found out, weighs 70 tons. Basically, I leg pressed the Space Shuttle over 40 minutes last night. No wonder I was somewhat tired when I went to bed an hour or so later. Geez. ;)

In only about 40 minutes I just leg pressed 138,160 lbs. That’s over 69+ tons of weights. 50 reps at 110 lbs, 50 reps at 220 lbs, 50 reps at 330 lbs, 42 reps at 440 lbs, and 32 reps at 550 lbs. PS That’s my high reps LIGHT weights leg press workout. My HEAVY leg press workout STARTS at 660 lbs and ends in the 800s+!

There’s only two guys in my gym to score MORE than 100 points on our computerized body composition test. The top guy who is 20+ years my junior has scored as high as 113. I scored 101, then dropped to 97 after a month in America, but today I set my all time high at 102. I’m shooting for 114 now, ha ha. :) PS It drives the full time professional trainers in our gym crazy, our 100+ scores. They’re all scoring in the 80s to low 90s.
