There’s not many guys in the world, percentage wise, that can do what I did last night, on my SIXTH & FINAL set, hamstring curls, curl 63 kg or 140 lbs, 12 reps, with good controlled form. This tells me that I might right now be able to rack the whole rack of 200 lbs multiple times if I did it on the FIRST set. On a HAMSTRING CURL?! Not many guys can do that…
