OK, I think I understand this hypocapnia and alkalosis now. It’s real simple. If you exercise as much as I do with extreme Anabolic Sprinting every day, you have to be wary of slipping into hyperventilation. If that happens, u have to recognize it, and forcefully regain proper control of your breathing over a multiple minute period, maybe fifteen minutes or more, where you massively slow breathing and only thru the nose.
