To lift monster weights, you have to become a monster of a man. Tonight’s leg extension workout: 28 reps 200 lbs (91 kg), 23 reps 222 lbs (101 kg), 20 reps 244 lbs (111 kg), 16 reps 255 lbs (116 kg) & 13 reps 266 lbs (121 kg). Eat like a Pig, train like a Bull! :) <3
