I’m the only person I have EVER seen in a gym drenched in sweat after a CALVES workout and that is WHY I have freakazoid sized calves. I now break my calves workout into a lower volume heavier workout and a higher volume lighter weights workout. Here’s my high volume lighter weights calves workout I just did on a leg press machine: 700 reps at 44 kg (100 lbs) 450 reps at 51 kg (115 lbs) 350 reps at 58 kg (130 lbs) 300 reps at 65 kg (145 lbs) 201 reps at 72 kg (160 lbs) Total: 2,001 reps. Look easy? I dare you to TRY it sometime! :) <3
