I’ve always been strong as an ox but this is getting ridiculous. 50 reps 30 lbs dumbbell bicep curls, 50 reps 40 lbs, 40 reps 50 lbs, 30 reps 60 lbs and 13 reps 70 lbs. That’s like bicep curling 140 lbs with a barbell in your fifth and final set 13 times. Most guys are lucky if they can do 60 lbs their first set Crazy pants. My biceps have never been stronger.
