1) Previous 2 days had great high reps calves and great heavy weights leg workouts. Calves: 751 reps at 100 lbs on leg press; 501 reps at 115 lbs; 401 reps at 130 lbs; 301 reps at 145 lbs; 251 reps at 160 lbs. 2205 reps all. If you think those are low weights for calf raises, try doing that MANY reps at those poundages. I double dog dare ya. :)
