2) Then last night, legs. Leg extensions: 50 reps at 200 lbs; 50 reps at 210 lbs; 36 reps at 220 lbs; 37 reps at 230 lbs; 38 reps at 240 lbs. Whole rack is 240 lbs, couldn’t add any more to this machine or I would have. Leg curls: 50 reps at 150 lbs; 50 reps at 160 lbs; 30 reps at 170 lbs; 25 reps at 180 lbs; 27 reps at 190 lbs.
