Coincidentally my August 18th vs October 10th body composition analyses BOTH had the EXACT same weight, 199 lbs. This made them great for COMPARISON purposes. Conclusion: my muscle stayed the same within half a but 4-5 lbs of WATER weight were LOST and converted into FAT weight. I think I understand why and it was an acceptable compromise to pay to enjoy my 30 day vacation in the USA.
