Leg Press workout: 50 reps at 330 lbs, 30 reps at 440 lbs, 20 reps at 550 lbs, 15 reps at 660 lbs and 10 reps at 770 lbs. This pic is what 770 lbs looks like, I’m lifting the plates on ALL four (4) prongs, 2 on each side!
