In only about 40 minutes I just leg pressed 138,160 lbs. That’s over 69+ tons of weights. 50 reps at 110 lbs, 50 reps at 220 lbs, 50 reps at 330 lbs, 42 reps at 440 lbs, and 32 reps at 550 lbs. PS That’s my high reps LIGHT weights leg press workout. My HEAVY leg press workout STARTS at 660 lbs and ends in the 800s+!
