Weighed in at an extremely muscular 210.1 lbs tonight. Thats packing a lot for a guy that’s only slightly over 5 foot 9, maybe 5 foot 10 at most. About a month ago when I last had my body composition analysis done, I weighed 207 with only 14.9‰ body fat. Our top personal trainer, Brian, 20 years my junior is at 16 or 17% body fat. Even though I’ve gained another 3 lbs, I feel extremely light on my feet and I’m about 80% sure my body fat has dropped even lower than the last low reading of only 14.9%. 210 lbs, 5 foot 9, body fat in the 14% range, that’s a truly studly combination!
