My recent body composition test at the gym yesterday showed that, by weight, I am 48.74‰ pure muscle. That’s incredible cuz that doesn’t include the weight of your bones and other non-muscle connective tissue, the weight of your brain, the weight of your heart and digestive organs, etc. I’m going to see if I can Google and find out what the average man’s muscle is in terms of a percentage of body weight but I can guarantee you that it’s no place near 48.74%, whatever it is.
