I’ve completely REDESIGNED my workout plans and am now spending DRAMATICALLY LESS TIME in the gym. I’m working out the ENTIRE BODY 3x per week in one hour sessions, hitting each body part with ONE intense set, and moving between body parts with little to no rest in between sets/body parts, as no rest is really needed as each body part is DONE after one set to failure. It’s also a very cardio oriented fat burning workout cuz of the little rest between sets. I’m doing that on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays. One day I take each body part to failure by going HEAVY with LOW REPS (8 to 20). The next time around I take each body part to failure by going MEDIUM WEIGHT with HIGH REPS (20-50 reps)! When I can exceed 20 HEAVY reps, I increase the weight next time. When I can exeed 50 MEDIUM weight reps, I increase the weight next time. Simple. Intense. Hormonally optimal. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I’m diong 30-60 minutes of pure cardio to burn fat. Mostly 30 minutes kettle bell swings and/or 30 minutes of extreme anabolic bicycling. And Sundays are a total rest day. I think this is going to grow my body EVEN BIGGER muscle wise cuz of the powerful HORMONAL RESPONSE it generates, while burning body fat like crazy, and also give me more time to work on the websites this month in time for a HUGE 2018 push, by first such push since 2012.
