My new “work the WHOLE body out in less than one hour 3x per week” weights program is going great. I’m building muscle faster than ever and burning fat faster than ever by initial impressions and appearances. I’ll have empirical data and possibly proof soon of its efficacy the next time I do a full body composition test using the advanced machine at my gym. Tonight’s full body weights workout was a HEAVY routine in 42-heart-pounding short minutes! To infinity and beyond (Gordon Lightyear)!
